- 1/2 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 lb. lean ground beef
- 4 large baking potatoes
- 4 slices white American cheese
- 2 c. water
- 2 to 3 tsp. Kitchen Bouquet
- 2 packets beef bouillon
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 Tbsp. water

1In a large (10 to 12-inch) frypan, heat olive oil.

2In the heated oil, saute onion and green pepper until onion is transparent, but not brown.

3Remove onion and pepper from pan and keep warm.
