  • 1/2 gal. ketchup (two 32 oz. bottles)
  • 1 large bottle Lea & Perrins
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 1/4 small bottle Tabasco sauce
  • juice of 1 lemon (2 Tbsp.)
  • 1/4 tsp. liquid smoke
  • 1 (12 oz.) jar mustard

    Makes large amount, but will keep a long time.

    I always put it back in my empty bottles.
