- 1 1/3 c. yellow cornmeal
- 1/3 c. whole wheat flour
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2/3 c. cooked brown rice
- 1 c. skim milk
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Combine cornmeal, whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour and salt.

2Add rice, milk and water.

3Stir to mix; cover bowl and set aside for at least an hour.

4Spray griddle with nonstick spray. Heat and pour on about 1/4 cup of batter.

5Cook until one side is brown and batter has holes in it; turn and cook other side.

6If necessary, turn again to dry out first side.

7Eat warm or cool. Yields 12 flat breads.
