  • - ground sirloin
  • 2 tsp. black pepper
  • 24 slices KRAFT DELI DELUXE Process White American Cheese Slices
  • 24 each hamburger buns (2.75 oz.), toasted
  • BLT Slaw
  • 1 qt. romaine lettuce, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups tomatoes, diced
  • 1 cup cooked OSCAR MAYER 18-22 Slice Count Raw Bacon Flat Pak, diced
  • 1 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup dill pickles, diced
  • 1/2 cup red onions, diced
  • 1/2 cup GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard

    Arrange bacon in single layer on parchment paper-lined sheet pans.

    Bake in 350 degrees F convection oven 5 to 7 min.

    or until partially cooked.

    Remove from pan; drain.

    Cool completely.

    Place in meat grinder or food processor; grind to form paste.

    Mix bacon paste and ground sirloin until well blended.

    Shape into 24 (6.5-oz.)

    patties (or shape into 6 patties for trial recipe).

    Cover and refrigerate until ready to cook.

    BLT Slaw: Combine ingredients until well blended.
