  • 1-1/2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 cup reduced fat chocolate-flavored baking chips

    Mix flour, cocoa and baking soda; set aside.

    Blend margarine or butter, sugars, egg substitute and vanilla in large bowl with mixer at medium speed until smooth.

    Stir in flour mixture until blended; stir in chips.

    Press dough in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

    Bake at 350F for 18 minutes or until done.

    Cool completely; cut into bars.
