  • 15 ounces, weight Canned Pumpkin
  • 2 whole Egg Whites
  • 1/2 cups Water
  • 3/4 cups Chocolate Chips

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

    Mix together all ingredients. Spoon batter into 3 mini loaf pans coated with cooking spray or lined muffin pans.

    Bake for 18-20 minutes until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
