Double Chocolate Pie Recipe

  • 2 Packages (sm.) chocolate pudding
  • 3 1/2 c. lowfat milk
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1/3 c. chocolate chips
  • 1 pie crust
  • 1 Cold Whip
  • Chips for topping

    Gradually mix pudding and lowfat milk in saucepan.

    Cook on medium high.

    Add in butter and 1/3 c. chips after well mixed.

    Continue stirring and bring to full boil.

    Boil for 1 to 2 min.

    Remove from heat and let stand for 5 min, stirring every 2 min.

    Pour in pie crust and chill.

    After cooled, top with Cold Whip and chocolate chips and chill till served.
