Double Chocolate Rum Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. yellow cake mix
  • 1 pkg. instant chocolate pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. oil or 1 stick melted butter
  • 1/2 c. sour cream
  • 4 Tbsp. rum
  • 4 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 c. mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans (optional)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together well with electric mixer (2 to 3 minutes).

    Pour into well-greased Bundt pan (can use Pam spray) and bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.

    Cool in pan 10 to 15 minutes and turn out onto cooling rack.

    Allow cake to fully cool. Drizzle melted frosting ingredients over top of cake.
