- 1 (No. 1) can (2 c.) cream-style corn
- 1 c. milk
- 2 slightly beaten eggs
- 2 Tbsp. oil
Directions

1Stir pancake mix and cornmeal.

2Combine corn, milk, eggs and oil.

3Add to dry ingredients.

4Stir until moist.

5Drop batter from 1/4 cup measure onto hot, lightly greased griddle.
