Rolled Chicken Breasts

  • 3 whole breasts, cut in half and skinned (do not salt)
  • bacon slices
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 carton sour cream
  • 1 can mushroom pieces

Directions

    Roll each chicken breast half in one slice bacon.

    Mix soup and sour cream.

    Pour over chicken.

    Bake 3 hours at 300°.

    Just before serving, add mushroom pieces over them.
