  • 1 pkg. corn muffin mix
  • 1 can cream-style corn
  • 1 can Niblets corn
  • 1/2 c. melted margarine
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 eggs, slightly beaten

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into 8 x 8-inch or 9 x 9-inch casserole dish.

    Bake 45 minutes at 350° or until firm to touch. Can be reheated and is just as good left over.
