- 7 c. corn flakes, crushed to 1 3/4 c.
- 1 c. all-purpose flour
- 3 lb. frying chicken, rinsed and dried
- 3 Tbsp. margarine or butter, melted
- 1 egg
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Crush and measure corn flakes into shallow pan or dish; set aside.

2In small bowl, beat egg and milk slightly.

3Add flour, salt and pepper; mix until smooth.

4Dip chicken in batter, then roll in corn flakes.

5Place single layer in greased or foil lined baking pan.

6Drizzle with melted margarine or butter.

7Bake at 350° for about 1 hour.

8Do not cover or turn chicken over.
