  • 1 lb. (450 g ) extra-lean ground beef
  • 1 pkg. (35 g) taco seasoning mix
  • 6 small flour tortillas
  • 6 Tbsp. refried beans
  • 6 taco shells
  • 1/2 cup Cracker Barrel Shredded Tex Mex Cheese
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 cup tightly packed shredded lettuce
  • 1/3 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup salsa

Directions

    Cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.

    Spread tortillas with beans.

    Place taco shell on centre of each tortilla.

    Fold edges of tortillas over top edges of taco shells; fill with meat mixture.
