- 12 eggs
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon vinegar
- 1 tablespoon sugar
Directions

1Boil eggs then cool and peel them.

2Cut eggs in half, separating the egg yolk from the egg white.

3Place cut egg white onto a serving dish.

4Mix egg yolk, mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, and sugar in a bowl until it is firm not runny. Add more or less of each ingredient until it suits your taste.

5Fill egg whites with the yolk mixture.

6Chill then serve.
