- 4 c. sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 1 (12 oz.) pkg. vanilla morsels
- 1/2 (13 oz.) jar marshmallow cream
- 1 c. nuts (pecans or black walnuts)
- dash of salt
Directions

1Melt butter in pan.

2Add sugar, milk and salt.

3Cook until it begins to boil.

4Time it for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. After 10 minutes, test a small amount in cold water; if it rolls into a ball, it is done.

5If it's not done, cook 1 more minute. Take off fire.

6Add vanilla morsels and marshmallow cream.

7Mix well, then add nuts.

8Mix well.

9Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan that has been greased with butter.
