Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

  • 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. whipped topping
  • 1 c. milk
  • 2 pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
  • 1 graham cracker crust
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. ginger
  • 1/4 tsp. ground cloves or 2 1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    Mix cream cheese, milk and sugar in a bowl until smooth. Gently stir in whipped topping, spread on bottom of crust.

    Pour milk into a bowl.

    Add pudding mix.

    Mix until thick.

    Stir in pumpkin and spices; mix well.

    Spread over cream cheese layer. Refrigerate at least 3 hours.
