- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. softened butter
- 1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
- 2 eggs
- 1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice, divided
- 4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. grated orange peel
Directions

1In a large bowl cream sugar and butter until fluffy.

2Add sour cream and eggs.

3Beat until well blended.

4Remove 1 tablespoon orange juice.

5Add remaining juice and dry ingredients to creamed mixture; mix well.

6Stir in orange peel.

7Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto lightly greased cookie sheet.

8Bake at 350° for about 9 to 10 minutes or until edges just begin to brown; cool. Ice with an orange frosting.
