  • 1 pkg. instant hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of potato soup
  • 1 c. Pet milk
  • 1 Tbsp. instant minced onion
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley, snipped
  • 1/3 c. Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • pepper

Directions

    Prepare potatoes, reducing cooking time by 4 minutes.

    Drain. Combine soup, milk, onion, parsley and pepper.

    Heat soup thoroughly. Add to potatoes, mixing lightly.

    Place into baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes.
