  • 1 c. warm water
  • 1 pkg. yeast
  • 2 Tbsp. sugar
  • 2 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 2 Tbsp. soft butter

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar, salt, eggs and butter. Beat in flour.

    Let rise for 45 minutes.

    Stir down and spoon into 12 greased muffin tins.

    Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until brown on top.
