- 1 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 2 1/4 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 egg, beaten
- 2 Tbsp. soft butter
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in water; add sugar, salt, eggs and butter. Beat in flour.

2Let rise for 45 minutes.

3Stir down and spoon into 12 greased muffin tins.

4Bake at 350° for 15 minutes or until brown on top.
