- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 1 c. converted rice
- 3 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/3 c. white wine
- 1 c. chicken stock or bouillon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Directions

1Saute onion in butter until golden yellow.

2Turn heat off. Add rice to onion-butter mixture until well coated.

3Add cheese, wine, chicken stock and salt.
