- 2 14 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 1 cup warm water (110 degrees F)
- 14 cup dry potato flakes
- 2 tablespoons white sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 34 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 14 cups all-purpose flour
Directions

1In a large bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Add potato flakes, sugar, salt, egg, vegetable oil, onion powder and 1 cup of flour.

3Beat until smooth.

4Stir in remaining flour.

5Continue stirring until smooth, scraping batter from sides of bowl.

6Cover and let dough rise in warm place until doubled, about 20 to 30 minutes.

7Preheat oven to 400F (200C).

8Lightly grease 12 muffin cups.

9Punch down dough.

10Spoon dough into 12 greased muffin cups, filling each half full.

11Let rise until batter reaches tops of cups, or about 20 minutes.

12Bake for 15 minutes.

13Serve immediately.
