  • 6 baking potatoes
  • sour cream to taste
  • Cheddar cheese to taste
  • 4 green onions, chopped
  • garlic salt to taste
  • dash of cinnamon

Directions

    Bake potatoes until done and the skin is crispy.

    Cut in half; scoop out potatoes and mix with sour cream, cheese, onions, garlic salt and cinnamon.

    Return to potato skins and bake at 350° for about 10 minutes or until just lightly crisp on top.
