  • 2 cups Land O Lakes Half & Half
  • 1/3 cup firmly packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup Land O Lakes Butter, melted
  • 5 Land O Lakes All-Natural Eggs
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 4 large glazed raised doughnuts, cut into 3/4-inch pieces
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tablespoon Land O Lakes Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 to 2 tablespoons Land O Lakes Half & Half

    Heat oven to 350F.

    Spray 1 1/2-quart baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.

    Set aside.

    Combine all pudding ingredients except doughnuts in large bowl; mix well.

    Add doughnut pieces; mix until coated.

    Let mixture stand 5 minutes.

    Spoon into prepared dish.

    Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until puffed and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

    Meanwhile, combine powdered sugar, Cinnamon Sugar Butter Spread and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla in small bowl.

    Beat, gradually adding enough half & half for desired glazing consistency.
