- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 2 tablespoons snipped fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 cups cornbread stuffing mix
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon marjoram leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 8 whole boneless dove breasts
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°F.

2Lightly grease a 2 quart casserole dish.

3Over medium heat, cook and stir celery, onions, and parsley in butter until tender.

4Add stuffing mix and remaining ingredients (except dove breast).

5Mix until moist.

6Place half of mixture in the bottom of casserole dish.

7Arrange breasts on top.

8Cover breasts completely with remaining stuffing mixture.

9Bake uncovered until tender.
