- 1 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. corn meal
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/4 c. melted butter
- 1 tsp. dried thyme leaves
Directions

1Preheat oven to 450°.

2In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients (except thyme).

3Mix well.

4Stir in sour cream.

5Mix just until dough almost forms.

6Use hands and gently form soft dough.

7You may have a little extra dry ingredients in bowl.

8Pat into 1/2 inch thickness.

9Cut into 2 1/2 inch rounds.

10Place on greased baking sheet.

11Brush top with butter and sprinkle with thyme.

12Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
