- 1 onion
- 1 (5 lb.) pork roast
- 1 (16 oz.) bottle barbecue sauce
- 2 c. water
- 5 cloves
Directions

1Put one sliced onion in bottom of crock-pot.

2Add meat, cloves and water.

3Cook overnight on low.

4Remove meat from bone and return meat to crock-pot, adding barbecue sauce.

5Cook additional 2 hours on low, stirring occasionally.

6Serve from crock-pot onto large buns.
