  • 4 (8 oz.) chicken breasts (boneless and skinless
  • 6 oz. snow peas
  • 2 oz. sugar
  • 2 oz. olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 2 chicken bouillon cubes
  • 6 oz. sherry wine
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 oz. butter

Directions

    Heat olive oil in a saute pan.

    Cook chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides and remove from pan.

    Pour off excess oil from pan, add sugar and cook until sugar has caramelized.

    Add sherry, bouillon cubes, garlic and peach halves.
