- 2 oz. sugar
- 2 oz. olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic, crushed
- 2 chicken bouillon cubes
- 6 oz. sherry wine
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 oz. butter
Directions

1Heat olive oil in a saute pan.

2Cook chicken breasts until golden brown on both sides and remove from pan.

3Pour off excess oil from pan, add sugar and cook until sugar has caramelized.

4Add sherry, bouillon cubes, garlic and peach halves.
