- 1 stick butter
- 3 sq. baking chocolate
- 4 eggs
- 3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 unbaked pie shell
Directions

1Over low heat, melt butter and chocolate.

2Set aside.

3Beat eggs until light. To eggs, add syrup, sugar, salt and vanilla. Now add slightly cooled chocolate mixture.

4Mix and pour into pie shell. Bake at 350° for 25 minutes.

5Don't overbake!

6Pie should shake like custard, so it won't be stiff when cooled. Delicious served warm with vanilla ice cream.

7Tastes like a hot fudge sundae.
