- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. coconut
- 1/2 c. walnuts
Directions

1Mix flour, 1/2 cup brown sugar and butter together until crumbly, much like pie crust.

2Pat into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

3Bake for 10 minutes.

4Cool a little.

5Mix remaining ingredients and spread over first mixture and bake for 20 minutes at 350°.

6Cool a little and cut into bars.
