- 1 c. margarine or butter, softened
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. nuts
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. walnuts
- 3/4 c. shredded coconut
- 6 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
Directions

1Place margarine and flour in blender (food processor) with steel blade.

2Place crust ingredients in the bowl and process on high speed until combined.

3Pat mix into bottom 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes or until golden.

4Set aside to cool. Meanwhile, add nuts to coarsely chop; set aside.

5Then add eggs to empty bowl process on high speed, adding brown sugar gradually. Then add flour, baking powder, salt and vanilla just until combined.

6Then fold in walnuts, coconut and semi-sweet chocolate. Pour over crust.

7Bake 350° for 25 minutes longer.

8Makes 30 bars.
