  • 3 c. white bread crumbs
  • 5 c. cornbread
  • 2 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. sage
  • 1/4 tsp. thyme
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 c. chopped celery
  • 1/2 chopped onion
  • 1 stick margarine
  • broth from turkey giblets

Directions

    Toss breads in seasoning.

    Saute celery and onion in margarine until tender.

    Pour over bread.

    Moisten with broth.

    Put in casserole dish and bake at 325° for 30 to 45 minutes.
