- 6 pork chops
- 10 pieces toasted bread, crumbled
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 Tbsp. sage
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chicken crystals
Directions

1Brown pork chops on both sides.

2Prepare dressing.

3Line pan (at least 2-inches deep) with aluminum foil, leaving enough to cover top.

4Place 3 pork chops in pan and cover with 1/2 of dressing.

5Place other 3 pork chops on top and cover with remaining dressing.

6Bake at 375° until meat is tender.

7Serves 6.
