  • 6 pork chops
  • 10 pieces toasted bread, crumbled
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sage
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1/2 c. chicken crystals

Directions

    Brown pork chops on both sides.

    Prepare dressing.

    Line pan (at least 2-inches deep) with aluminum foil, leaving enough to cover top.

    Place 3 pork chops in pan and cover with 1/2 of dressing.

    Place other 3 pork chops on top and cover with remaining dressing.

    Bake at 375° until meat is tender.
