  • 4 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 c. butter
  • 2 c. dried apples, cooked
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg, allspice and cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. baking powder

Directions

    Mix apples and soda until smooth.

    Add sugar and eggs, blending well.

    Soften butter and add to mixture.

    Fold in flour and spices. Mix well.

    Grease and flour pans.

    Pour in mix and cook at 350° for 1 to 1 1/2 hours or until done.
