  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped onions
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped green pepper

    Soften cream cheese. Add milk and mix. Add sour cream and mix. Add remaining ingredients and mix. Cook for appropriate time. Bake in oven at 350° for 15 minutes.
