  • 1 tsp. horseradish
  • dash of Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (2 5/10 oz.) smoked sliced beef or ham

    and Worcestershire sauce until of spreading consistency.

    Carefully separate

    each slice, slightly overlapping,

    about five across on a clean dish towel.

    Do this for about 3 rows,

    until you have a rectangle of meat. Spread with cheese mixture.

    Roll as for a jelly roll, using the dish towel

    to help bring up all meat at the beginning of the

    Press along with fingers and roll until completed.

    When cold, use fingers to form a better roll. Just before serving, slice into 1 inch slices.
