  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 1/2 lb. dried beef
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. dry white wine
  • 1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (10 oz.) can artichoke hearts
  • toasted English muffins

Directions

    Melt margarine in skillet over low heat.

    In it, frizzle the beef until crispy.

    Sprinkle flour on and mix.

    Add sour cream and wine.

    Add cheese and finally the artichoke hearts.

    Keep warm until serving time.

    Spoon over muffins, toast or noodles.
