  • 1 gal. sliced peaches
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 c. vinegar

Directions

    Pour vinegar and sugar over fruit; let stand for 1 hour.

    Cook slowly until it is cooked down like regular dried fruit would be when you cook it.

    Put in jar while hot and seal.

    It may also be frozen.
