  • 12 cup uncooked white rice
  • 12 cup sugar
  • 1 cup finely chopped dried peaches
  • 4 cups milk
  • 14 teaspoon ginger
  • 14 teaspoon salt

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole.

    Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree F. oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until rice is tender.

    Stir occasionally as it cooks.

    Pudding thickens and becomes creamy as it cools.
