- 12 cup uncooked white rice
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup finely chopped dried peaches
- 4 cups milk
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 14 teaspoon salt
Directions

1Combine all ingredients in 2 quart casserole.

2Bake, uncovered, in a 325 degree F. oven for 2 1/2 hours, or until rice is tender.

3Stir occasionally as it cooks.

4Cool.

5Pudding thickens and becomes creamy as it cools.
