  • 100 grams Dried prunes
  • 100 grams Red wine
  • 30 grams Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice

    Soak the dried prunes in red wine overnight.

    Add the wine soaked dried prunes, sugar, and lemon juice into a pot.

    Simmer while mashing with a wooden spatula.

    When it becomes your preferred thickness, it's done!
