- 20 whole Tomatoes

1Slice each tomato about 1/8 of an inch thick.

2I used my dehydrator, but you can use your oven also.

3If using your dehydrator, place tomatoes on each rack so they are not touching.

4Turn on and let dry for at least 4 hours; keep checking the dryness.

5If using your oven, preheat to the lowest temperature (170F), put a sheet of foil over each rack and poke holes in the foil.

6Spray foil with Pam.

7Arrange tomatoes so they are not touching.

8Dry for about 2 hours; keep checking the dryness throughout the process.

9When tomatoes are dry, let cool completely.

10Using your vaccum sealer, seal in bags in your desired amounts and enjoy throughout the year.
