- 4 c. self-rising flour
- 2 c. warm water
- 1 pkg. yeast
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c. sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks margarine
Directions

1Dissolve yeast in warm water.

2Melt butter; let cool.

3Add egg (beaten well); add sugar.

4Add butter mixture to water and yeast mixture.

5Add flour and mix well.

6Put in refrigerator for 24 hours before using.

7Spoon into muffin pans.

8Bake at 425° until browned.
