- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. sifted self-rising flour
- 2/3 c. vegetable oil
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2Line cookie sheets with aluminum foil. In a large bowl, beat eggs well.

3Add oil, sugar, vanilla and flour; blend well. (This is a thin mixture.) Drop from a teaspoon onto the cookie sheets.

4Bake for 6 to 8 minutes, until lightly browned around the edges.

5Remove from cookie sheets and cool.
