- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 1 (12 oz.) can beer
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- dash of Tabasco
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 lb. wienies
Directions

1Brown onions in oil.

2Mix and add all other sauce ingredients. Simmer 1/2 hour.

3Pour over 2 pounds of weenies.

4Heat in 350° oven for 20 minutes or cut wienies into bite size pieces, heat in chafing dish and serve with picks on the side for hors d'oeuvres.
