Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. cooking oil
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
  • 1 (12 oz.) can beer
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • dash of Tabasco
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. chili powder
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 lb. wienies

Directions

    Brown onions in oil.

    Mix and add all other sauce ingredients. Simmer 1/2 hour.

    Pour over 2 pounds of weenies.

    Heat in 350° oven for 20 minutes or cut wienies into bite size pieces, heat in chafing dish and serve with picks on the side for hors d'oeuvres.
