- 3 lb. lamb scraps for stew, in 1-inch cubes
- 1/2 lb. fresh mushrooms, coarsely chopped
- 3 to 4 cloves fresh garlic, minced
- 1 can mushroom soup
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. white wine
- 1 (8 oz.) can green chili
- 1 c. brown rice
- sufficient amount of water to cook rice (see rice pkg. directions), plus 1 c.
- 1 bottle Scotch, or other favorite beverage
Directions

1Using a large frying pan, brown lamb scraps in oil, and transfer to crock-pot or large casserole.
