  • 1 turkey breast
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
  • 1 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1/4 tsp. tarragon
  • 1/4 c. sherry or water

    Place turkey breast in crock-pot, skin side up.

    Drizzle butter over turkey breast.

    Sprinkle with parsley flakes, tarragon and paprika.

    Pour sherry or water into crock-pot.

    Cook on high setting for 1 hour, then on low for 6 to 7 hours.

    Make gravy with drippings.
