- 1 turkey breast
- 2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 2 Tbsp. butter, melted
- 1/4 tsp. tarragon
- 1/4 c. sherry or water
Directions

1Place turkey breast in crock-pot, skin side up.

2Drizzle butter over turkey breast.

3Sprinkle with parsley flakes, tarragon and paprika.

4Pour sherry or water into crock-pot.

5Cook on high setting for 1 hour, then on low for 6 to 7 hours.

6Make gravy with drippings.
