Dry Rosemary Rub

  • 1/4 cup dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp dried oregano
  • 1 tbsp crumbled dried sage
  • 2 tbsp dried garlic flakes
  • 2 tbsp pepper
  • 1/4 cup coarse salt (sea or kosher)

Directions

    Place rosemary in a bowl and crumble the leaves between your fingers to break them into small pieces.

    Stir in the oregano, sage, garlic, salt, and pepper.

    Transfer to a jar, cover, and store away from heat and light.
