Duck Pancakes!

Ingredients

  • 3 cup Plain flour
  • 1 cup Boiling water
  • 1/3 cup Cold water
  • 1 Sesame seed oil

Directions

    Place flour into a large mixing bowl and make a well in the middle.

    Add the boiling water into the well and mix.

    Then add the cold water and mix until a dough forms
  4. 4
    Then let the dough rest by covering it for 30 mins
  5. 5
    Knead the dough for 5 mins and roll into a sausage shape and cut into 12 pieces

    Dip each in a little sesame oil and roll into circles 10 cm diameter

    Brush a frying pan with the remaining sesame oil and heat
  8. 8
    Fry the pancakes in batches until just starting to take colour... (I didn't leave it that much that's why mine it's just plain, but you can do it however u want)

    Serve with gravy and pecking duck!!
