- 2 Tbsp. flour (rounded)
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 pt. whipping cream
- 1/2 pt. coffee cream
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- butter (size of walnut)
Directions

1Mix flour and sugar and salt.

2Stir in whipping cream and coffee cream.

3Mix good.

4Line pie pan.

5Dice in butter, then pour in cream mixture.

6Bake on top shelf at 425° until brown.

7Gently stir, after brown, with a fork.

8Put on bottom shelf, lower oven to 375°.

9It will take 55 minutes or 60 all total according to your own oven.

10(Take out when center still shakes.)

11It will finish cooking after you take it from oven.
