  • 1 c. chopped pecans
  • 2 sticks margarine

    Dump pineapple (do not drain) into a 9 x 13 x 2-inch ungreased pan.

    Spread evenly.

    Dump in pie filling.

    Dump in cake mix (dry).

    Spread evenly.

    Sprinkle pecans over mix. Slice margarine into pats and place evenly over other ingredients. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

    Top will be crunchy and firm when cake is done.
