  • 3 slices bacon
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. celery, chopped
  • 2 (20 oz. each) cans creamed corn
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 c. evaporated milk
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 pkg. jalapeno corn bread mix (1 c.)
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 3 Tbsp. margarine
